Eligibility

Age Range

• Participants must be between 15-18 years old (inclusive) during 2025. 

• Participants must not turn 19 years of age during 2025.

Registration Fee

• Payment of team or individual registration fee is required for all entries.

Team or Individual Registration

Depending on the Sport, participants will need to register an individual or as part of a team.

• Team Registration is required for AFL, Basketball, Cricket, Netball, Soccer, Volleyball and Water Polo. All teams must have a nominated Coach and Team Manager who will be responsible for the Team for the duration of the Games.

• Individual Registrations are accepted for Athletics, Badminton and Table Tennis, noting WA and NT Regional and Remote Participants are required to travel with a guardian.

Code of Conduct

Agreement to adhere to the Friendship Games Code of Conduct is required upon registration in the Games.

Skill Level

All skill levels are welcome, however you will get the most enjoyment from competing in the Games if you have played and competed in the sport before.

Health and Fitness

Participants are expected to be fit and healthy. Medical clearances may be required in circumstances where a pre-existing health condition is declared.

Visa Requirements

All International participants are able to compete on tourist visa’s. However, subject to Commonwealth Government regulations entry may be restricted from some countries.
