Western Australian and Northern Territory

Regional and Remote Scholarship Program

The Western Australian and Northern Territory Regional and Remote Scholarship Program represents a unique opportunity for regional and remote participants in Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT), promoting equity and inclusion. Through the scholarship program, the Friendship Games aims to create a supportive environment that empowers individuals to engage fully in the event and its associated activities.

The scholarship program is for participants (including coach and manager for team sports  and parent/guardian for individual sports) from WA and NT in regional and remote areas and is designed to support individuals facing financial and logistical barriers of participation in the Friendship Games.

700 fully funded scholarships are available for participants in Teams Sports and Individual Sports.
