Important Registration Details - Please read before you register. 

• The organisation and/or the person’s details responsible for Team Sport Registration and/or Individual Sport Registrations and billing details are required when registering. 

• Registrations are limited and will require a 50% deposit to secure your place, so register and pay ASAP. 

• Payment is via EFT/Invoice bank transfer.   

• Upon acceptance of your Registration, the Organisers will issue an invoice via email to the person responsible for payment. 

• We will collect full team/individual details (including coach and manager) and parental/guardian consent closer to the event. 

• It is compulsory for all teams to have their own coach and manager.  The Organisers will collect coach and manager details with the full team/individual details closer to the event. 

• The registration system allows one registration per sport.  
  If you have several team sports or individual sports you are responsible for entering, you will need to complete a separate registration form for each sport.  
  There is the ability to register multiple teams and multiple individuals within the chosen sport. 

• The Terms and Conditions clearly state our refund policy, so only register if you are attending, can organise your teams with a coach and manager and can pay the 50% deposit required.
